You're worth it.

We don't need to seek for the answers outside of ourselves because we have all the inner wisdom we could ever need.  We know our pain best and we know how to move through it.

Sometimes it helps to have someone coach you through by holding the mirror steady for you to see yourself...really see yourself.

You have permission to heal in any way that feels good to you.  Dance it out. Write it out. Swim it out. Travel it out. Talk it out. Hug it out. Just get it out.

You don't need to explain it or make it make sense to anyone. Your healing is unique to you.  Focus on you. You're worth it.
