We get flooded with messages on WhatsApp and social media every day, and the constant ping-ping can be annoying! I regularly clear my chats to stay clutter-free, but sometimes, I lose messages worth reading and sharing. So, I decided to create this little diary—a collection of meaningful messages, not just the ones I’ve received but also those worth sharing across social platforms. These are messages that I found inspiring, thought-provoking, or simply too good to let go.
During Diwali, a young blind boy came with his elder sister to the temple.
He lit a diya and placed it carefully on the steps.
A passerby joked, “You can’t see it anyway, why light it?”
The boy calmly said, “So others don’t trip.”
No one laughed after that.
Moral: You don’t need sight to shine—just intention.
